There are a few things we believe in fiercely here at the Ilderton Fitness Centre...

Taking care of yourself and your health first, family (because we have families of our own), and at the heart of it all.. community.  Because if there's one thing we know for sure, this community right here in Ilderton is unlike any other.

 

Since taking over ownership in September 2017, it was very evident to us from our very first time walking into this gym that this community was special to be a part of.  There's always a friendly hello between members and we're told it's one of the reasons everyone really loves it here at the gym so much.  We know that you can't just walk into any gym and have

that kind of environment.

 

At the end of the day though, we're just like you.. Always looking to live a bit of a healthier lifestyle... But we're definitely not perfect with it, and we don't want to be either. We still enjoy weekends with our families and the odd dinner out too but, we know when we take care of ourselves first, we're able to show up in all areas of our life differently.
